Inventories

An inventory is one of the most important documents for a landlord or agent to complete. It is a comprehensive document which describes all of the contents and their condition in the property at the start of the tenancy, supported by digital timed and dated photographs. It covers all areas including the front and rear garden, garages, outhouses and sheds, as well as all the internal rooms and furnishings.

Interim Visits

Interim inspections are undertaken at regular intervals and are a cost effective way to confirm that the property remains in good condition. This routine assessment of the property highlights any issues that may need to be addressed with the tenant before further damage occurs. Peace of mind is also an added bonus, knowing your property is being used as it should be.

Timesaver Check In

Our timesaver check in is designed to save landlords and agents time. We personally meet the tenants at the property and answer their questions on site, saving you time in dealing with any teething issues. We also provide the tenant with an understanding of the inventory and ensure that they have any opportunity to ask any questions. Our landlords and agents find this an essential service, leaving them free for revenue generation. Check Out Report

The check out report is completed at the end of the tenancy and details the changes that have occurred during the tenancy. We always encourage tenants to attend a check out appointment - we are able to alleviate any issues on site which makes the tenancy deposit return process so much quicker. As an independent provider, we even assign responsibility for you to justify any deposit deductions as well as advising on any actions that are needed to prepare for the next tenancy.
