How will East Herts Energy Assessors help me with my Home Information Pack?
We are able to provide a partial Home Information Pack with 24 hours (dependent on access for the Energy Performance Certificate survey). This is what you need to be able to market the property.

We will then continue with the remainder of the pack for you so that you have a complete and fully compliant Home Information Pack.

 

We aim to provide a straightforward and efficient service. Once registered with us, all components of the Home Information Pack are then managed electronically and the whole process can be tracked securely online.

 

 

How will East Herts Energy Assessors help me with my Energy Performance Certificate?
We will help you to comply with the legislation that was introduced in 2008 that states that a copy of the Energy Performance Certificate should be made available to any prospective tenant.

We will arrange access to the property on the day of the instruction (dependent on tenant availability). Once  the report is complete, we will send both an electronic and paper copy to you. We will also forward the details on to any agent that you are dealing with to ensure that they have the report available to show prospective tenants.
